1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving of goods/material against your order. To be eligible, returns must be initiated within this period.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Shipping Fees
Return shipping charges are free for customer. No restocking fee will be charged from the customer.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. Please specify the new item or size when requesting an exchange.
Returns for exchanges are subject to the same conditions as above.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos, video and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Goods can’t be returned if 7 days have been elapsed from the date of receipt. Customer has to connect with Support team with appropriate video/pictures with in stipulated duration.
